Refunds are generally not provided for completed transactions unless explicitly required by law or approved under limited exceptions outlined in this policy. Customers acknowledge that all transactions are subject to review and processing in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and that submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval or reimbursement.
For Fungible Tokens (FT) financial transactions involving digital assets, transactions are considered final and irreversible once executed. Customers are responsible for reviewing all transaction details prior to submission, including pricing, exchange rate, fees, wallet information, and total amounts. Refunds will not be issued for market fluctuations, customer error, or change of mind after execution.
Refunds or credits may only be considered in limited cases such as verified system errors, duplicate transactions caused by platform issues, or where required by applicable law, regulation, or compliance obligations. We reserve the right to investigate, delay, deny, or partially approve refund requests at our sole discretion in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, including for fraud prevention, security, sanctions screening, and risk management purposes.
In the event that a refund is issued back to you, Fiant remits the funds via the same method that you used to make the purchase. For example, if you used a credit or debit card we will refund to that same card. If you made your purchase with crypto we will issue your refund in USDC. We are unable to refund purchases in other cryptocurrencies.
If you have a question or concern about a transaction we want to hear from you! Please submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
