What happens if I enter the wrong wallet address or wrong network?

Modified on Wed, 3 Jun at 1:07 PM

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that all wallet addresses, blockchain networks, and transaction details are accurate before submitting a transaction. Digital asset transactions are generally irreversible once processed on the blockchain.

If digital assets are delivered to the wallet address or network provided by the customer, Fiant assumes no liability for losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or incompatible wallet information. In such cases, Fiant may be unable to recover, reverse, or refund the transferred assets.

By initiating a transaction, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the wallet address and network selected. For additional information regarding your obligations and Fiant's limitations of liability, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
