Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming transaction details before submitting a purchase. If a transaction is submitted multiple times, each transaction may be processed as a separate and independent order.
If you believe you have accidentally submitted duplicate transactions, please submit a ticket as soon as possible and provide all relevant transaction details, including transaction IDs, wallet address, and payment information.
Duplicate transaction reports will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any refund, reversal, or other corrective action will be subject to the status of the transactions, whether the digital assets have been delivered, and the circumstances surrounding the duplicate submission. Submission of a duplicate transaction claim does not guarantee that a refund or reversal will be available.
