Digital asset transactions are generally irreversible once processed and successfully delivered on-chain. As a result, completed Buy FT transactions are typically not eligible for cancellation, reversal, or refund.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in limited circumstances involving verified operational errors, technical failures, or transaction processing issues attributable to Fiant or its service providers. Eligibility for review does not guarantee approval of a refund.
If you believe your transaction was affected by a technical or operational issue, please submit a ticket and provide all relevant transaction details, including your transaction ID (hash), wallet address, and supporting documentation.
